The Carthage High School Science Department has joined with the Missouri Stream Team and has created the Carthage High School Stream Team. The sponsors of the team are Autumn Palmer and Joyce Martin. The team is working in a partnership with a network of other citizens that are concerned about the streams in Missouri. The team is tackling problems concerning Spring River, far beyond what the government agencies can do about it.
