Incoming 8th graders Elective Choice Forms must have parent signature and be turned into the Counselors' office by ABSOLUTE last day May 13: click here to print off a new one.

• Free physicals will be Thursday, May 16 from 6:00- 7:45 pm at the Carthage High School Auxiliary Gym. All students involved in our athletic or music programs are invited to participate in the FREE physicals! The physical information form must be COMPLETELY filled out before you will be given the free physical. IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM COMPLETELY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE FREE PHYSICAL. The physical forms are available on the table outside Ms Fields office.Or you may print one off the website under Boys/Girls Athletics. If you have any questions- please see Ms Fields.

*The Carthage Junior High Talent Show will be held Friday, May 17th.  We are looking for talent! Please sign up to try out for the talent show on the list outside Mrs. Neuber’s room across from the office. If you have a talent we need you!

*8th graders – Get a jump on High School by earning credits towards graduation this summer.  Pick up packets of information and applications in the counselor's office.  Return all applications to the Counselor’s office.  7th grade Summer school applications are available too!

*Any track athletes that did not receive their bar, pin, or letter for track this season, see Mr. Crigger.
• *8th grade girls planning to play high school volleyball next fall, there will be open gyms Monday, May 20th and Tuesday, May 28th from 6 pm-8 pm in the high school gym
• *Any 8th grade boy or girl interested in going out for  high school swimming next year need to report to 204 across from the office at 7:30 next Thursday  May 16th for a brief informational meeting.
