1. Announcements For 2/9/2012: CHARACTER TRAIT FOR FEBRUARY:-  KINDNESS
• It’s not too late to buy a Yearbook! Sales were so good at the start of the year that Mr. Stay is accepting orders again. Remember that you can design two pages yourself online, with photos of just you and your friends! For details, click here.

  • 1. Attention all National Junior Honor Society members and candidates. Today there will be an informational meeting regarding an upcoming community service opportunity. There will be a meeting after school at 3:15 in Mrs. Bridges’s room . You need to only attend one of these meetings. If you cannot make the meeting, then please stop by Mrs. Bridges room to pick up the information. Remember, all community service hours are due on April 1st, and you must have 2 hours of community service through the school. If you have questions, please see Mrs. Bridges.
    • 2. FCCLA will meet today from 3:15 – 4:00 in Ms. Hoover’s room.
    • 3. Yearbook staff will meet until 4:00 in the Media Center this Friday.

    • 5. The Leadership Council is heading up a Box Top drive for the month of February. All Box Top proceeds will go to benefit our Special Olympians her at the Junior High. Please bring your Box Tops to your Social Studies teacher. We will have a team competition to see which Tiger Team can raise the largest amount of Box Tops. Have a heart bring in Box Tops for our Special Olympians!

   • There is now an Infinite Campus app for parents to check their student's grades on their phone. If you have an iPhone and a student in the district you can get this by first downloading the free app from the app store and then using the code VNGVJX for our school district. You will then need to log in using your parent portal log-in.
