At Carthage Middle School, we have high expectations for our students. It is our goal to provide a safe learning environment to allow teachers to maximize conditions to enhance the teaching and learning process. We feel our staff has the tools and motivation to provide your child with an education that will challenge his/her mind and prepare him/her to meet or exceed the grade level expectations. We will strive to meet the individual needs of all students to enable them to leave Carthage Middle School more successful and more prepared for the future. Our faculty and staff will help our students toward achieving their individual goals and will work to ensure each student’s time here is both educational and fun. We’d like to encourage you to partner with your child’s teacher as we strive toward the success of each student. You are a key component in how successful your child is and will become. When he/she sees that learning is a priority to you, they, too, will see it as a priority. Education is the key to opening the door to a bright future.
